The caboose is cut in half and attached to the building so you can actually sit in the caboose to eat. The Menu is all Railway themed, and TASTY. William and I had the barbeque..YUM, Don had fish. I had BLUE MOON on TAP. Yum.
THEN WE stopped by my favorite coffee house EVAR!! The RED EYE in Saginaw. Hours of employment as a Parole/Probation Agent in Inner city Saginaw were spent here bringing books up to speed. The Picture does NOT do it justice. They have rotating artists come in and display, Original old Tin/copper roof, brick sidewalls. And, its right next door to the rockinest tatt shop in the area.
YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE ARENA FOOTBALL IN PERSON TO APPRECIATE HOW COOL IT IS!!
If you look in the endzone closest, just to the left of of the left goalpost, you can see don's hairless head. We were THAT close. Arena football is a BLAST. You sit right on top of the action, played on a 50 foot field, players routinely smash into the audience. We scored TONS of "swag" 2 free harley t shirts, free pizza coupons, and son got to meet his buddies from the Z-93 radio station Lynn and Hoser!! She is supposed to put their pics up on the website soon!!
It was a BLAST! Very Family friendly, right on the action. I would NEVER have 'chosen' to go to this, but we WILL go again, even if we have to Pay!! DO IT!!
