Washington DC pictures April 2008
This Statue is of Gallaudet and "Alice" the young deaf girl that inspired him to try and get an educational system for deaf individuals. It was on the Campus of Gallaudet University. It was Beautiful, inspiring, and well..just really cool.
Been there done that, with most things.. ex bible college, mom, innovative, non traditional "baptist",recovering fundamentalist, trying to do right-be honorable, and faithful to What God has for me.Cancer survivor, Major Car accident survivor--have plates and cadaver bones to prove it!! The Rotunda is breathless. I love DC. Only 6 hours away for us, and we don't get there near enough.
What amazing pics, I haven't been to DC in a couple of years, but I'm feeling the urge to go back, I love DC.
